How many homesites are in the community?

There are 99 homesites in The Shores at Tranquility. Almost all are lakefront or have direct Intracoastal access.

What types of amenities can we expect?

This private, gated community will offer gorgeous resort-style amenities including a large clubhouse, pool, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, and event space, including an observation area to view space launches at nearby Cape Canaveral. For residents to further enjoy the water, there are plans for a fishing pier.

How long do I have until I have to build a home on the land that I purchase?

You’ll have five years to build from when roads are completed. 

How far away is the nearest hospital, shopping center, Publix?

Major medical facilities, shopping centers and grocery stores are all a convenient 5- to 10-minute drive from the gates of The Shores at Tranquility.

What style are the homes going to be and can I choose my own builder?

The Shores at Tranquility will be comprised of modern seaside Mediterranean homes and owners may choose from six of the best custom home builders in the region from our Preferred Builder Program.

Is there waterway access from the community?

The community offers 63 home site with direct Intracoastal access. These home sites may be eligible for private docks subject to regulatory approval. There is a fishing pier planned for the community, giving direct Intracoastal access to all our property owners.
